We understand that sometimes situations arise that may necessitate a refund. Our refund policy is designed to ensure your satisfaction:

  1. Order Cancellation: If you decide to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us immediately. We will process the cancellation and issue a full refund.

  2. Defective or Damaged Items: In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the product. We may request photographic evidence to assess the issue. Once verified, we will provide you with a full refund or send you a replacement item, as per your preference.

  3. Non-Delivery: If you do not receive your order within 20 days after receiving the tracking number, please contact us. We will investigate the issue and offer you the choice of a full refund or a reshipment of your order.

  4. Change of Mind: If you change your mind about your purchase, we accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, and the item must be returned in its original condition. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will issue a refund for the product's cost.
